This registration includes the following terms and conditions:

It grants permission by HBC to the user to bid on HBC Auctions. These are auctions where the vehicle will be sold to the winning online bidder subject to HBC's Terms and Conditions.

It authorises HBC to charge the debit/credit card the user submitted, in payment of the registration fee, a deposit on any winning internet auction bids by the user automatically in line with HBC's Terms and Conditions. If you change your debit/credit card or are issued with a new one, it is your responsibility to update the card details that are held securely by our Card Processing Authority (NetBanx, an internationally licensed card processing company approved by all the major banks).

Please understand that if HBC Vehicle Services are unable to apply a deposit to your card, your account will be suspended from bidding and we must receive payment for the vehicle before you can continue bidding.

As part of the registration process we will charge the sum of £27.50+VAT to the card you nominate. This sum represents your registration fee and is valid for 12 months. You will receive a reminder that your registration is about to be renewed approx 3 weeks before the renewal date..
